Cooperative Agreement with Caltrans and Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn for\nProject Initiation Document (PID) Phase of Imperial Highway (SR-90) at 57 Freeway Southbound On-Ramp\nInterchange Improvements Project (CIP 7306)\n— 1. Approve a Cooperative Agreement with Caltrans for the Project Initiation Document (PID) phase of\nImperial Highway/SR-57 Interchange Improvements Project, CIP No. 7306;\n— 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Cooperative Agreement with Caltrans and authorize the City\nManager to execute any non-monetary contract amendments and ancillary documents subsequently\nrequired for implementation of the Cooperative Agreement;\n— 3. Award Professional Design Services Agreement to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for $464,864\nfor Design Services for the Project Initiation Document (PID) phase of Imperial Highway/SR-57\nInterchange Improvements Project, CIP No. 7306; and\n— 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Design Services Agreement with Kimley-\nHorn & Associates, Inc. and make Change Orders in a “not-to-exceed” amount of 10% of the Contract\nAmount for contingency work.\n— There will be no impact on the General Fund.
