Adopt Resolution No. 2023-059 authorizing the City Manager to execute the Cooperative\nAgreement and any non-monetary contract amendments and ancillary documents subsequently required\nfor implementation of the Countywide Signal Synchronization Baseline Project in Brea.\n— There will be no impact on the General Fund.
