Approve a Resolution Authorizing Submittal of an Application for Senate Bill (SB) 1383 Local Assistance\nGrant Program through the Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle)\n— 1. Staff recommends that City Council adopt the attached Resolution No. 2023-061 and authorize the\nDirector of Public Works to execute all grant-related documents and administer the grant for which the\nCity of Brea is eligible; and\n— 2. Appropriate any funds received as part of this grant application in the Fiscal Year 2023-25\nOperating Budget.\n— There will be no impact on the General Fund.
