Item No. 29. 2023-0627 CONSIDER AWARDING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT\nTO ROADLINE PRODUCTS TO PROVIDE PAINT,\nPAINT SUPPLIES, SIGN EQUIPMENT AND RELATED\nSUPPLIES ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS FOR THE\nPUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD and APPROVE the proposed purchase agreement\nwith Roadline Products Inc., U.S.A. to provide paint, paint supplies,\nsign equipment and related supplies for the City's Public Works\nDepartment for an amount not-to-exceed $600,000 for a three-year\nterm with two one-year extension options.
