APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Contract\nServices by and between the City of Carson and Verne's\nPlumbing, Inc. to increase the contract sum by $44,193.31 such\nthat the total cost of the Contract Agreement does not exceed\n$94,193.31, and extend the term of the agreement by one year to\nMay 30, 2025,\n2.
