Item No. 33. 2023-0682 CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-160 AND\nAPPROVAL OF FOUR MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS\nFOR PUBLIC WORKS ANNUAL PAVING\nMAINTENANCE FOR EACH DISTRICT WITHIN THE\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD a Construction Contract to the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder, R.J. Noble Company for the annual paving\nmaintenance at District 1, for a three-year term in the amount of\n$8,000,000, with the option to extend for two additional one-year\nterms.\n2. AWARD a Construction Contract to the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder, All American Asphalt for the annual paving\nmaintenance at District 2, for a three-year term in the amount of\n$8,000,000, with the option to extend for two additional one-year\nterms.\n3. AWARD a Construction Contract to the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder, R.J. Noble Company for the annual paving\nmaintenance at District 3, for a three-year term in the amount of\n$8,000,000, with the option to extend for two additional one-year\nterms.\n4. AWARD a Construction Contract to the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder, R.J. Noble Company for the annual paving\nmaintenance at District 4, for a three-year term in the amount of\n$8,000,000, with the option to extend for two additional one-year\nterms.\n5. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute all four Maintenance\nContracts following approval as to form by the City Attorney.\n6.
