As-Needed Engineering and Land Development Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nTranstech Engineers, Inc. for As-Needed Engineering and Land Development Services\nfor an amount of $125,000.00 per year for up to four years with a 20% contingency of\n$25,000 per year for four years; 2) Appropriate $150,000 to 100-605.5340.000; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
