18. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF CITY OF ONTARIO COMMUNITY\nFACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 56 (PARKSIDE/LA AVENIDA) SPECIAL TAX BONDS, SERIES 2023\nAND RELATED MATTERS\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Consider and adopt a Resolution authorizing the issuance of City of Ontario Community\nFacilities District No. 56 (Parkside/La Avenida) Special Tax Bonds, Series 2023, in an\naggregate principal amount of not-to-exceed $21 million, authorizing the execution and\ndelivery of an indenture, a bond purchase agreement, a continuing disclosure\nagreement, a first amendment to acquisition and funding agreement, authorizing the\ndistribution of an official statement and related actions;\nB. Consider and adopt a Resolution of the City of Ontario making a declaration of official\nintent to reimburse facilities expenditures with bond proceeds and related actions;\nC. Authorize the issuance of special tax bonds for public improvements required to\nfacilitate the development of the Parkside/La Avenida project and the Ontario Ranch\ndevelopment;\nD. Approve the forms of the Indenture, the Bond Purchase Agreement, First Amendment to\nAcquisition and Funding Agreement; the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, and the\nPreliminary Official Statement;\nE. Authorize a negotiated sale of the special tax bonds to Samuel A. Ramirez & Co., in\naccordance with the terms of the Bond Purchase Agreement; and\nF. Authorize the execution of the Indenture, the Bond Purchase Agreement, the Continuing\nDisclosure Agreement, a deemed final certification in connection with the Preliminary\nOfficial Statement, a final Official Statement and other documents in connection with the\nissuance of the bonds by the City Manager or the other specified authorized officers.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING\nTHE ISSUANCE OF CITY OF ONTARIO COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 56 (PARKSIDE/LA\nAVENIDA) SPECIAL TAX BONDS, SERIES 2023, IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT\nTO EXCEED $21,000,000.00, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN INDENTURE,\nA BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT, AND A CONTINUING DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT AND A FIRST\nAMENDMENT TO ACQUISITION AND FUNDING AGREEMENT, AUTHORIZING THE DISTRIBUTION\nOF AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND RELATED ACTIONS.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, MAKING A\nDECLARATION OF OFFICIAL INTENT TO REIMBURSE FACILITIES EXPENDITURES WITH BOND\nPROCEEDS AND RELATED ACTIONS.
