7. APPROVE WEST COAST LIGHTS AND SIRENS, INC. AS AN AUTHORIZED SUPPLIER AND\nAWARD A GOODS & SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR FLEET VEHICLE EQUIPPING\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Approve West Coast Lights and Sirens, Inc., of Riverside, California, as an authorized\nsupplier for current and future purchases and installation of electronics and equipment\nassociated with the routine replacement of City fleet vehicles; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute a Goods and Services Agreement\nwith West Coast Lights and Sirens, Inc., of Riverside, California, for fleet vehicle equipping\nfor a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $2,250,000 over a three-year term.
