AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH CONVERGINT TECHNOLOGY, LLC, FOR THE\nSUPPORT OF SECURITY CAMERAS, DOOR ACCESS SYSTEMS AND CITY FACILITY EMERGENCY\nNOTIFICATIONS.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the current Agreement with Convergint Technology, LLC, of Anaheim, California, to include\nthe CCTV Intersection Camera Installation, Citywide Camera Refresh and Expansion, and the\nCity Facilities Notification, Emergency, and Overhead Paging System projects in the amount\nnot-to-exceed $3,551,364.
