30. 23-109 Submitted by Councilmember Burns - Request to prepare an\nOrdinance that limits Flag Displays at City Facilities to only the\nAmerican, POW/MIA, State, City, and as needed, the County Flags\nRecommended Action:\nDirect the City Manager to work with the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance for\nintroduction at the February 21 Council Meeting that the City only fly or display on City\nproperty the American flag, the POW/MIA flag, the State of California flag, the Huntington\nBeach City flag, and, as needed, the County of Orange flag.\nIf the ordinance is adopted, direct the City Manager to update Administrative Regulation\n(AR) 705: Citywide Flag Policy, accordingly .
