Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2023-83 titled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL\nACCEPTING THE STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON VARIOUS STREETS\nFY 2022-23 AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO PREPARE\nAND FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION WITH THE LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY RECORDER”; and\n2.
