12. It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2023-83 titled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL\nACCEPTING THE SPEED HUMP IMPROVEMENTS ON VARIOUS\nSTREETS PROJECT AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO\nPREPARE AND FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION WITH THE LOS\nANGELES COUNTY RECORDER”; and\n2. Authorize staff to release retention thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notice of\nCompletion.
