(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Resolution 2023-80\n(Calling the Election), Resolution 2023-81 (Arguments and Impartial Analyses for the\nproposed Measure), and Resolution 2023-82 (Rebuttal Arguments).\nConsent Calendar\nThe following Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial.
