P. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 23B338 WITH MANSFIELD\nPOWER AND GAS, LLC FOR THE PURCHASE OF NATURAL GAS\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 23B338 with Mansfield Power and Gas,\nLLC, to provide natural gas for an amount not to exceed $597,872 for the period of\nJanuary 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
