R. ACCEPT THE SUPPLEMENTAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES ACCOUNT\n(SLESA) GRANT FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND APPROVE AN\nEXPENDITURE PLAN AND APPROPRIATION\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1. Accept the State of California Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Account\nGrant (SLESA) and Expenditure Plan.\n2. Direct the Director of Finance/City Treasurer to fund the appropriation.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
