RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY ACCESS LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH\nTHE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL TO\nCONDUCT GROUNDWATER MONITORING AT VETERANS PARK\nConsideration of a Resolution approving a Temporary Access License Agreement with the\nDepartment of Toxic Substances Control to conduct groundwater monitoring at the Veterans Park\nparking lot.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution approving a\nTemporary Access License Agreement (“Agreement”) with the State of California Department of\nToxic Substances Control and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
