Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed\n$124,000 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Community Services Director that City Council:\n1) Approve a contract services agreement with TD Sports, Inc. dba Sport Court of\nSouthern California of Simi Valley, CA for an amount not-to-exceed $124,000 to\nreplace the roller hockey rink floor at the City of Torrance LA Galaxy TUDN Community\nSports Complex at Wilson Park from November 14, 2023 to March 31, 2024 as a\nCooperative Purchase with Sourcewell.\n2) Adopt a finding that the project is categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 -\nExisting Facilities (Class 1) and that there are no features that distinguish this project\nfrom others in exempt class, and therefore, there are no unusual circumstances.\n9.
