Finance - Approve Fiscal Year 2023-24 Operating Budget Program Modifications.\nExpenditure: $553,464 Annually (General Fund and Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Finance Director that City Council:\n1) Approve program modifications in the City Manager's fiscal year 2023-24 operating\nbudget for a savings in the amount of $26,376 per year; and\n2) Approve program modifications in the Community Development Department's fiscal\nyear 2023-24 operating budget in the amount of $408,859 per year; and\n3) Approve program modifications in the Human Resources Department's fiscal year\n2023-24 operating budget in the amount of $53,548 per year; and\n4) Approve program modifications in the Civil Service Department's fiscal year 2023-24\noperating budget in the amount of $117,433 per year; and\n5) Approve program modifications in the Community Services Department's fiscal year\n2023-24 operating budget with no financial impact; and\n6) Approve increase to the General Fund-Operating Fund's fiscal year 2023-24 revenue\nbudget in the amount of $300,000; and\n7) Appropriate $487,808 from the General Fund's fund balance to the General\nFund-Operating Fund's fiscal year 2023-24 operating budget; and\n8) Appropriate $64,635 from the Airport Fund's fund balance to the Airport Fund's fiscal\nyear 2023-24 operating budget; and\n9) Appropriate $1,021 from the Transit Fund's fund balance to the Transit Fund's fiscal\nyear 2023-24 operating budget.
