Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Fire Chief that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION authorizing the title transfer of two (2) retired surplus fire\nvehicles and donation of used fire equipment to the El Camino Community College\nDistrict; and\n2) Approve an agreement with the El Camino Community College District of Torrance,\nCA for the donation of fire equipment to assist with the necessary training and\neducation for future firefighters.
