H. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement\nto Willdan Engineering for contract temporary code enforcement services.\n(Garrett)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a professional services agreement with\nWilldan Engineering in the amount of $80,000 to provide temporary code\nenforcement services in the Community Development Department for up to six\nmonths during the recruitment process and authorizing the City Manager to\nextend the term an additional six months as deemed necessary; and, 2)\nAuthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
