R. Consideration to adopt Proposed Resolution Numbers (next in order)\ndeclaring intent to form proposed Community Facilities District No. 2022-\n4 (Park West) of the City of Perris (the “CFD”) and authorize future bonded\nindebtedness in the amount not to exceed $14,000,000 within proposed\nImprovement Area No. 1, not to exceed $12,000,000 within proposed\nImprovement Area No. 2, and not to exceed $8,000,000 within proposed\nImprovement Area No. 3. All three Improvement Areas are located south of\nNuevo Road and to the east and west of Evans Road. The Proposed\nResolution Numbers (next in order) are entitled: RESOLUTION OF\nINTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PERRIS TO\nESTABLISH COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2022-4 (PARK\nWEST) OF THE CITY OF PERRIS, DESIGNATE IMPROVEMENT\nAREAS THEREIN AND TO AUTHORIZE THE LEVY OF A SPECIAL\nTAX WITHIN EACH IMPROVEMENT AREA OF COMMUNITY\nFACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2022-4 (PARK WEST) OF THE CITY OF\nPERRIS
