D. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 3 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Environmental Sciences Associates for\nthe reevaluation and as-needed augmentation of the previously adopted\nenvironmental analysis for the City’s 6th Cycle Housing Element. (Bobbett)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services\nAgreement (PSA) with Environmental Sciences Associates (ESA) to increase\nthe agreement amount by $25,350 with a contingency of $5,000 for a new\ncontract sum of $318,439.48 and extend the agreement term to May 31, 2024,\nfor the reevaluation and as-needed augmentation of the previously adopted\nenvironmental analysis for the City’s 6th Cycle Housing Element; and, 2)\nAuthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 3 to the PSA\nwith ESA in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
