L. Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of\nCompletion for the City and Park Entry Monument Signs Project. (Waters)\nRecommendation: 1) Accept the City and Park Entry Monument Signs\nProject as complete; 2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion\nfor the project with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder’s Office; and,\n3) Authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to release the construction\nretention payment to Express Sign & Neon Company 35 days after recordation\nof the Notice of Completion by the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder’s\nOffice.\nAgenda Report
