I. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Emerald Isle Entertainment (Emerald)\nto operate a synthetic skating rink. (Waters)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the original Professional\nServices Agreement with Emerald in the amount of $28,400, thereby\nincreasing the agreement amount from $24,500 to $52,900 to install and\noperate a synthetic skating rink at the Ken Dyda Civic Center for a period of\nnine days in December 2023; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the\namendment in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
