CC 7. Verizon Wireless Cell Tower #123016 Lease Amendment at Owen Memorial Park\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Approve the Second Amendment to the cell tower lease with Verizon Wireless at Owen\nMemorial Park, 43011 North 10th Street West; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to sign all agreements and associated\ndocuments.\nThe Second Amendment will approve an additional three hundred thirty-six (336) square feet\nof ground space contiguous to the existing leased premises as depicted in Exhibit A, as\nrequired for the colocation of the tower tenants and revenue increase. The amendment will\nresult in an increased monthly revenue of $300, effective the first rental payment due\nfollowing the full execution of the amendment and memorandum. Except as specifically\nCITY OF LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA\noutlined in the Second Amendment, the agreement is otherwise unmodified and remains in\nfull force.
