Purchase of 7037 Bright Avenue\nRecommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2023-79, authorizing the City\nManager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement and all related\ndocuments for acquisition of real property located at 7037 Bright Avenue\n(Bright Motel, AIN 8139-022-003) totaling $1,000,000, and appropriating that\namount and an additional $35,000 for related acquisition costs using General\nFunds for the purpose of expanding parking facilities in Uptown Whittier.
