7.4 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO SCHULER SHOOK, INC. FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE\nUPPER LOUNGE AT THE LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS - It is\nrecommended the City Council approve payment to Schuler Shook Inc. in the amount of\n$27,800 for the renovation of the upper lounge at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing\nArts and authorize the City Manager to negotiate additional payments up to 20% of the\noriginal contract amount to furnish lighting consulting services to complete the upper lounge\nrenovation project, if necessary.\n7.4 Approval of Payment to Schuler Shook
