3.2 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR HVAC AND REFRIGERATION MAINTENANCE AND\nREPAIR SERVICES WITH SOUTHLAND INDUSTRIES - Staff recommends the City Council\napprove the HVAC and Refrigeration maintenance service agreement with Southland Industries for a\none-year period ending November 14, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $150,000 per year, and\nauthorize the Mayor to sign the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
