These criteria are pricing,\nqualifications of business, experience with similar services of this nature, references, and\nlocal preference. While Spadaro Enterprises Inc had the lowest price, SCA of CA, LLC\nreceived the highest overall score. SCA of CA, LLC Inc. has over twenty-five (25) years of\nexperience providing street sweeping services to municipalities throughout the State.
