Accept grant awards in the total amount of $4,400,000, including Lead\nHazard Reduction Grant in the amount of $4,000,000 and Healthy Homes\nSupplemental Grant in the amount of $400,000.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and transmit any documents\nnecessary to ensure the City’s timely receipt of Lead Hazard Reduction Grant\nand Healthy Homes Supplemental Grant.
