14.2 Consideration and Approval of Funding Agreement Between the County of Los\nAngeles and the City of El Monte for Renovation of the El Monte Homekey Program M\nMotel Site.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Funding Agreement between the County of Los Angeles and the City of El\nMonte for Renovation of the El Monte Homekey Program M Motel site in the amount of\n$7,500,000;\n2. Approve a budget allocation in the amount of $7,500,000 to the Fiscal Year 2023-2024\nbudget for the Homekey M Motel site; and\n3.
