14.1 Consideration and Approval of a Third Amendment to the Operation and Supportive\nServices Agreement with Union Station Homeless Services (USHS) Extending the\nContract Term to December 31, 2024 and Increasing the Contract Amount from\n$1,772,968 by an Additional $2,547,272 for a Total Not-to-Exceed Amount of $4,320,240\nto Provide Operation and Supportive Services for the El Monte Homekey Program\nSites.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Third Amendment to the Operation and Supportive Services Agreement with\nUnion Station Homeless Services extending the contract term date to December 31, 2024\nand increasing the contract amount from $1,772,968 by an additional $2,547,272 for a\ntotal amount not-to-exceed $4,320,240 to provide operation and supportive services for\nthe El Monte Homekey Program sites; and\n2.
