14.3 Consideration and Approval of the Award of a Construction Contract to Tovey/Shultz\nConstruction, Inc. for the Homekey Phase 2 Restoration of the M Motel Site in the\nAmount of $13,340,394 and a Contingency Amount of Fifteen (15%) for a Total Amont\nNot-to-Exceed $15,341,454.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Reject the bids for the three (3) nonresponsive bidders and award a Construction\nContract to Tovey/Shultz Construction, Inc. in the amount of $13,340,394 for the\nHomekey Phase 2 – Restoration of the M Motel Site; and\n2.
