12.15 Consideration and Approval of a Resolution Approving a List of Approved Consultants\nRequired from Time-to-Time to Perform On-Call Consulting Services and Approval of\nMultiple On-Call Professional Services Agreements with Consultants on the Approved\nList.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approved the attached Resolution approving an On-Call consultant list comprised of five\n(5) consultants to provide project management services; six (6) consultants to provide\ntraffic engineering services; and two (2) consultants to provide staff augmentation related\nto the City’s Capital Improvement Program and Land Development Projects;\n2. Approve the multiple On-Call Consulting Services Agreements with the consultants\nidentified in the approval list and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute\nthe same on behalf of the City; and\n3. Authorize the Directors of Public Works to execute Work Orders for services on an as-\nneeded basis as provided under the terms of each On-Call Consulting Services\nAgreement.\nTotal Cost: Various Account No: Various\nIs the cost of this item budgeted?
