INFORMATIONAL ITEM ON THE PROPOSED MIXED-USE PROJECT AT 1941\nWHITE AVENUE - Novipax Buyer, LLC, has submitted applications for the proposed\ndevelopment of a five-story residential building which will provide a total of 367 dwelling\nunits, a parking structure, and 1,540 square feet of commercial use located at 1941 White\nAvenue. The project is currently being reviewed by staff and an environmental consultant\ncontracted by the City.\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council receive and file this project update.
