6.C. COMMERCIAL VACANCY TAX [L. MEISTER, S. SHYNE, Y.\nQUARKER, H. MOLINA, M. WATSON]:\nThe City Council will consider directing staff to negotiate an\nAgreement for Services with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz &\nAssociates to perform a statistically significant community survey\nand analysis of voters’ opinions on a potential tax on prolonged\ncommercial vacancies.
