Item No. 21. 2023-0820 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF FOUR PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENTS TO PROVIDE ON-CALL\nPROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO THE\nPUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with CSG\nConsultants, Inc., to provide on-call Project Management\nProfessional Services for the term covering January 1, 2024\nthrough June 30, 2026, in an amount not-to-exceed $615,776.00,\nplus two (2) additional one-year City options to extend.\n2. APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with Transtech\nEngineers Inc., to provide on-call Project Management\nProfessional Services for the term covering January 1, 2024\nthrough June 30, 2026, in an amount not-to-exceed $615,776.00,\nplus two (2) additional one-year City options to extend.\n3. APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with W.G.\nZimmerman Engineering Inc., to provide on-call Project\nManagement Professional Services for the term covering January\n1, 2024 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not-to-exceed\n$615,776.00, plus two (2) additional one-year City options to\nextend.\n4. APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with Z&K\nConsultants Inc., to provide on-call Project Management\nProfessional Services for the term covering January 1, 2024\nthrough June 30, 2026, in an amount not-to-exceed $615,776.00,\nplus two (2) additional one-year City options to extend.\n5.
