7. ART IN PUBLIC PLACES (1369 NORTH COAST HIGHWAY)\nRecommendations:\n(1) Approve the installation of a wall mounted sculpture titled “Sea Breeze\nSymphony” by Rahul Jobalia to satisfy the Art in Public Places requirement for\nthe new commercial development located at 1369 North Coast Highway;\n(2) Determine that no further environmental review is required pursuant to State\nCEQA Guidelines section 15162; and\n(3) Direct staff to file and post a Notice of Determination consistent with the above-\nstated CEQA findings within five days of this approval.
