Item No. 22. 2023-0821 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THREE CONTRACT\nSERVICES AGREEMENTS TO PROVIDE ON-CALL\nPROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT\nAND INSPECTION SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC\nWORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with FCG\nConsultants, to provide on-call Construction Management &\nInspection Professional Services for the term covering January 1,\n2024 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not-to-exceed\n$482,635.00, plus two (2) additional one-year City options to\nextend.\n2. APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with Totum, to\nprovide on-call Construction Management & Inspection\nProfessional Services for the term covering January 1, 2024\nthrough June 30, 2026, in an amount not-to-exceed $482,635.00,\nplus two (2) additional one-year City options to extend.\n3. APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with Z&K\nConsultants Inc., to provide on-call Construction Management &\nInspection Professional Services for the term covering January 1,\n2024 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not-to-exceed\n$482,635.00, plus two (2) additional one-year City options to\nextend.\n4.
