Item No. 24. 2023-0841 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1, TO\nTHE AGREEMENT (22-184) WITH VERTOSOFT LLC.\nFOR OPENGOV CAPITAL PLANNING AND CAPITAL\nPRE-SCREENING FOR THE CITY OF CARSON AND\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION 23-185\nAMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 BUDGET\nIN THE GENERAL FUND AND SPECIAL REVENUE\nFUNDS (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. WAIVE the bidding requirements of the Carson Municipal Code\n(CMC) pursuant to Carson Municipal Code Sections 2611(g)\n(cooperative purchasing); and\n2. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services\nAgreement with Vertosoft, LLC for OpenGov Capital Planning and\nCapital Pre-screening for four years, for a total not to exceed\namount of $207,381.04 bringing the total Contract Sum to\n$575,544.50; and\n3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 following\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.\n4. WAIVE further reading and ADOPT Resolution No. 23-185, "A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARSON CITY COUNCIL\nAMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 BUDGET IN THE\nGENERAL FUND AND SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS" (Exhibit\nNo. 4)\nAttachments: Exhibit 1.
