Item No. 15. 2023-0826 CONSIDER (1) REJECTING ALL PROPOSALS FOR\nREQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 23-023 AND\n(2) APPROVING A CONTRACT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH SCCI, INC. FOR ON-CALL\nEMPLOYEE SAFETY COMPLIANCE AND TRAINING\nSERVICES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE all of the following actions:\n1. REJECT all proposals received for RFP 23-023: Employee\nSafety Compliance and Training On-Call Consultant Services;\n2. APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement with\nSCCI, Inc. to provide safety compliance and training-related\nservices for City employees for a three-year term at not-to-exceed\ncontract sum of $105,000 (Exhibit No. 2; "Agreement"); and\n3.
