Item No. 13. 2023-0849 CONSIDER APPROVING AN INCREASE TO THE\nAPPROVED FISCAL YEAR SPEND WITH HOME\nDEPOT FOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, OPERATING\nSUPPLIES, INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES AND RELATED\nPRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR A NOT-TO-EXCEED\nAMOUNT OF $400,000 PER YEAR (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AUTHORIZE the City, through the Purchasing Division, to make\npurchases of approved Maintenance, Repair and Operations\n(MRO) under Omnia Partners Contract #16154 in a cumulative\namount not to exceed $400,000 per fiscal year (representing an\nincrease of $200,000 per fiscal year from the previously-approved\nlimit of $200,000 per fiscal year), effective November 21, 2023 to\nDecember 31, 2026 and for each fiscal year contained within said\neffective period as allowed by CMC Section 2611(g).\n2. APPROVE form purchase orders to be used as-needed to\neffectuate such purchases pursuant to CMC Section 2605 in\ndetermination of the Purchasing Manager.\nAttachments: EXHIBIT NO. 1: Contract No. 16154 - Amendment 1
