6. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 23-80 GRANTING TWO EASEMENTS ON CITY-OWNED LANDS TO SOUTHERN\nCALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY (SCE) FOR ELECTRICAL UTILITY PURPOSES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No.23-80 (Attachment A) granting two easements on City-owned lands to Southern\nCalifornia Edison Company (SCE) for electrical utility purposes; and\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager or his/her designee, to execute the Grant of the two easements to\nSouthern California Edison (SCE) on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
