4. REVIEW, EVALUATE AND PROVIDE DIRECTION REGARDING PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT BY AND\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND LOS ANGELES/ORANGE COUNTIES BUILDING AND\nCONSTRUCTION TRADES COUNCIL AND THE SIGNATORY CRAFT COUNCILS AND UNIONS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Review, evaluate and provide direction regarding Project Labor Agreement by and Between the City of\nMontebello and Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and the\nSignatory Craft Councils and Unions; and\n2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
