A.5. Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) Amendment. (File 0840-30)\nRecommendation: That the City Council\n1. Adopt Resolution 2023-122 approving an amendment to the SANDAG 2023\nRegional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) of projects for Fiscal Years\n2023 through 2027, to add a Traffic Signal Equipment Replacements and Upgrades\nproject, and to program Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program\n(RTCIP) funds.\n2. Appropriate $25,000 to the Traffic Signal Upgrades Phase 1 CIP project from the\nRTCIP fund and reduce Gas Tax funding by $25,000.\n3.
