City Manager - Approve Side Letter Agreements Between Engineers Association\nand Torrance Fiscal Employee Association (TFEA) and Management.\nExpenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Approve a Side Letter Agreement between the Engineers Association and Torrance\nFiscal Employee Association (TFEA) and Management regarding the extension of trial\nperiod for the 4/10 schedule for Senior Fire Prevention Specialists and Fire Prevention\nSpecialist; and\n2) Approve a Side Letter Agreement between TFEA and Management regarding the\naddition of Code Enforcement Officer; and Senior Code Enforcement Officer; and\n3) Approve a Side Letter Agreement between TFEA and Management regarding Senior\nLead Public Works Inspector Premium.
