9E. City Manager and Community Services -Approve Purchase of 500 Tickets to a 2023\nLA Dodgers Baseball Game. Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $20,000 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the City Manager and Community Services Director that City Council:\n1) Approve the purchase of 500 tickets to a LA Dodgers baseball game in June 2023; and\n2) Authorize staff to redistribute the tickets to the community at $10.00 per ticket; and\n3) Provide direction for one of three game date options; and\n4) Provide direction for on-field recognition and first ceremonial pitch options.
