9G. City Manager-Approve Side Letter Agreements Between Torrance City Employees\nAssociation (TCEA) and Management and Torrance Municipal Employees-AFSCME\nLocal 1117 (TME-AFSCME) and Management. Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Approve a Side Letter Agreement between the Torrance City Employees Association\n(TCEA) and Management modifying the pay range for Human Resources Technician; and\n2) Approve a Side Letter Agreement between the Torrance Municipal Employees-\nAFSCME Local 1117 (TME-AFSCME) and Management implementing a temporary\nparking lot sweeping program.
