Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2022-144 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for Certain Full-Time Hourly and\nSalaried Employees, modifying the pay range for Human Resources Analyst; and\n2) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2023-12 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for Executive and Management\nEmployees, modifying the language regarding New Hires/Promotions and Benefit\nCategory for Assistant Police Chief.\n91.
